Customers are requested to do registration for driver at least two days before the travel
Driver allotment for Guest users will done only after allocating drivers for registered users. Always priority will be given to registered users in driver allotments.
Complete details about the allocated driver will be confirmed/informed before 8 hours of the journey to the guest users.
Free trial is available only for first 3 times. Proper registration is must to continue our service further. Only proper registration confirms the driver allotments.
For registered users drive allotment will be confirmed 12 hours before the journey with complete details about the allocated driver.
Details of our service cost:

2. Food allowance
3. If it happens to stay overnight during travel, then customer must provide room rent and service charge for the driver.
After the trip completion, payment bill send by the company is the finalized one. Payment can be done either through payment gateway or to the driver.
Customers are requested to inform us 24 hours before incase of any changes on their travel. If failed charges will be applied.
Company's decision will be finalized incase of exceptions.
We are not responsible to any account/payment client deals with driver other than client quoted invoice amount.
We do service only for the travels that comes under government-approved law.
